My Story
Hi there! My name is Cortnee Ingram 😄 I started on my health journey about 15 years ago when my son was born. I have struggled with some of the same things you have and want to share with you my secrets of success! I am inspired by success stories of people I have helped and loved along the way. I cannot WAIT for you to be one of those stories.
One thing you will learn about me is that I love Jesus with all my heart. He is the reason for EVERYTHING I do and I believe He has brought you here for a reason. I also know He has created you for a special purpose and He does NOT want you to suffer! That is why I am here, to help guide those who are frustrated, struggling, hopeless, and simply OVER IT!!
